Once the hectic holiday season has finally finished, treat yourself to 6 hours of pampering with a combination craft and yoga day.
In the morning you will learn the art of turning willow into a useful candle holder or bird feeder that can be taken home and enjoyed.
After a light lunch enjoy a deeply relaxing yoga session with our experienced teacher.

I started weaving about 18 years ago when a lovely lady called Cat showed me how to make the base of a basket. From that moment on I have had a creative journey working with and learning about willow.
My beginnings were very part time, but in the last few years I've been dedicating much more of my life to the study and practise of this amazing material.
With help from the Basket Makers Association and Worshipful Company of Basketmakers I have had the incredible experience of learning from two very amazing women. Jenny Crisp and Ane Lyngsgaard, each have their own unique skills and styles from which I have been able to improve my squarework and curvature whilst increasing my knowledge of basket making.
I am inspired to make, create and design anew, and more than ever to bring this wonderful medium back to life.
I have been teaching yoga for a number of years and follow the style created by Vanda Scaravelli from Italy who initially learnt with Iyengar. I have recently been studying with Sandra Sabatini, a student of Vanda's for many years.
I teach at the charity Combat Stress for the veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and at The Priory for clients in recovery.
This type of yoga is not designed to be an exercise class but a deeply relaxing, gentle stretching, very meditative style of yoga. It will be just the tonic for this post-Christmas self-pampering session.
