It is vital to understand the importance of leading conservation tasks effectively and safely when delivering planned improvements. In this course you will learn how to identify who is responsible for leading tasks and which roles leaders should and should not adopt. Discussions will take place about why safeguarding is important. Discover how to choose the right tools for the task and consider the most reasonable approach to the health, safety and welfare of volunteers.
This is a level 2 course (GCSE level) and aimed at beginners who wish to start learning about nature conservation in British woodland.
