Chobham Common Evening Wander

Join us on an evening walk at Chobham Common National Nature Reserve. Look and listen for nightjars, a strange and mysterious migratory bird that breeds on Chobham Common during the summer months. We'll also be looking out for other creatures of the night such as bats, roding woodcock and owls.

An event being run as part of Heath Week in association with the Thames Basin Heaths Partnership.

Places limited, so booking essential and may be postponed in the event of bad weather.

Distance: 1-2 miles

Meeting point:  Lay-by on Gracious Pond Road, Chobham. Just northeast of entrance to house called Butts Hill.
