Bat Ecology - FULLY BOOKED
24 April 2018, 18:30 - 21:30 ( Add to calendar )
Spend a fascinating evening with Derek Smith of the Surrey Bat Group learning the unique biology & ecology of our local bat community. This very interactive evening begins with a classroom session, where a live bat will help you to understand and learn about the speicies. We will then take a walk through the ancient woodland of the Nower Wood Educational Nature Reserve in search of the bats that call this place home.
Here are just a few of the comments made after our last Bat Ecology course:
'Really well run and thoroughly enjoyable evening – thank you!'
'Hands on with live bats – overall a very enjoyable and easily digestible session.'
Please bring along a torch and wear sturdy walking boots.
